WOMEN’S CONNECT QUARTERLY EVENT "FALLING IN LOVE"

The evening is called “ FALLING IN LOVE “ and features prayer, singing, food, crafts, fellowship and Father Tyler Johnson speaking to us about Falling In Love Again With The Catholic Church.

So please join us and bring a friend especially one who has become disenfranchised with the Catholic Church.

We will celebrate our parishes, priests, teachers, students, families, a distinguished alumnus, and our school with an Open House. Students will wear uniforms at all Masses, and some families will share during a two-minute ministry. We sincerely thank all Whatcom Catholilc parishioners for their support over the past 100+ years. Your generosity has truly blessed us.

SuperBowl Party Coming February 9th
All are invited to Assumption's 3rd annual Super Bowl Chili Fest! Support the 8th grade class trip to Washington, DC in May. See the attached flyer. Father Jeffrey Moore (Dean of the Northern Deanery, Co-chair of the ND High School Steering Committee, and Pastor of Whatcom Catholic) recently gave a presentation on the proposed high school to both of our regional K-8 Catholic school communities. Parents and parishioners attended these information nights at Assumption Catholic School-Bellingham in November and again at Immaculate Conception Regional School-Mount Vernon in early January.

YOUTH MINISTRY UPDATES

BLAST is a countywide high school youth ministry night. The next gathering will be on Saturday, February 1st, in the Assumption gym, from 6:15 PM to 8:30 PM.

Our theme for the night is “A Servant's Heart.” Join us as we explore the importance of service in living as followers of Jesus Christ.
